Data and purposes
We process the information you provide to handle your request: name, contact details, language, message, dates, party size and experience preferences. Required fields are indicated on the form; without them we may be unable to reply. Avoid including identity documents, health data or unnecessary information about companions.
We handle specific service requests and coordinate them on the basis of requested pre-contractual steps and, where applicable, performance of the contractual relationship. General enquiries and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests in responding and protecting the service. Legal obligations and the defence of claims rely on the appropriate basis in each case.
Reading this policy does not authorise advertising. Any additional purpose requiring consent must be explained and requested separately. People handle requests; the website workflow does not make solely automated decisions with legal effects on you.
Access, providers and external services
Authorised staff and technical providers needed for hosting, maintenance and email have access. Webempresa hosts the website; the contact mailbox uses Microsoft's Hotmail. To coordinate the experience, we may share necessary contact and request details with the restaurant, venue or provider, informing you of the specific arrangements. Each provider is responsible for processing carried out to deliver its own service.
If you choose WhatsApp or open an external map or link, that service's terms also apply. WhatsApp is optional. International services may process data outside the European Economic Area; transfers subject to the GDPR must have an adequacy decision or valid safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Email us for information about recipients and safeguards applicable to your request.
Retention and security
We retain data while handling the request. Afterwards, we review its necessity and erase or anonymise information no longer needed; only information required for specific obligations or defending claims will be retained with restricted access for the applicable periods. This also covers communications; deleting a website record does not automatically delete emails or backups.
We use access controls, form protection and abuse prevention using a key derived from the IP address. Technical logs and backups are limited to security, recovery and incident handling needs. There is no general authorisation to retain information indefinitely.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by writing to rrpp-group@hotmail.com or the stated address. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Identify your request; we will seek further identity information only where necessary. We will respond within the legal period, normally one month, subject to justified extensions permitted by the GDPR.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at https://www.aepd.es/. We will update this policy when processing changes and provide further information where appropriate.
